HELLO.

At Floww, we are guided by a strong governance framework that ensures transparency, accountability & ethical decision-making. Our board of TRUSTEES brings diverse expertise to steer our mission forward.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees meets twice a year, with all meetings formally minuted to ensure a clear record of discussions and decisions. Its primary responsibility is to review the strategic direction, financial oversight, and overall organisational performance. These sessions help steer FLOWW toward its goals while maintaining focus on its mission.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

The Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while supporting the long-term planning of the organisation. It manages the daily operations and oversees the implementation of programs, ensuring that FLOWW’s day-to-day activities align with its broader objectives and vision for growth.

FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT

Financial Oversight ensures that budget allocation is handled responsibly and transparently. The team works diligently to allocate resources efficiently and uphold fiscal integrity. Regular assessments of financial performance maintain transparency and accountability, reinforcing the trust that stakeholders place in FLOWW’s financial stewardship.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Our commitment to accountability is upheld through regular reporting, audits, and continuous stakeholder engagement. This ensures that FLOWW remains transparent, meets its obligations, and operates with integrity at all levels. By consistently reviewing processes and progress, we maintain a strong foundation of trust and responsibility with our community.
